The automation tool provisions teaching groups, roles, Microsoft Teams access, and data permissions, and can adjust when semesters begin or new students join.
Teachers and staff use Microsoft 365 Copilot to summarize documents, draft content, and suggest email wording, while AI-powered Microsoft Teams workflows summarize threads at the end of the day.
Microsoft Purview provides data classification, role-based access, Double Key Encryption, and Information Barriers, while Microsoft Entra handles privilege management, guest oversight, and lifecycle management.
