TM International Logistics boosts digitization and operational efficiency across HR and logistics
TM International Logistics Limited (TMILL), part of Tata Steel, embarked on an extensive digital transformation to modernize its logistics and HR processes. TMILL migrated legacy applications and SAP ERP to Microsoft Azure, integrating all business units and support functions into a single cloud environment. With MSRcosmos as the partner, the project included building an employee intraportal, automating HR management, and deploying Microsoft SharePoint for centralized document management. The team used Azure App Services and Azure Active Directory for secure, scalable access, and custom integrations with SAP ensured streamlined data flow. The implementation, executed during the pandemic, increased digitization from 40% to 83%, reduced invoice processing time from days to hours, and significantly enhanced analytics and documentation processes.
