Synapxe transforms Singaporean healthcare with AI-driven diagnostics and automation

Synapxe, Singapore’s national health tech agency, is catalyzing the healthcare sector’s digital transformation through multiple real-world AI solutions, in close collaboration with partners Microsoft, NTT DATA and SingHealth. The agency has deployed AimSG, an AI imaging platform piloted at two Singapore hospitals, integrating AI models into clinical workflows for improved diagnostic precision and efficiency. ACE-AI, a digital assistant for general practitioners, uses explainable AI and neural networks to facilitate early chronic disease detection and personalized care. Together with Microsoft, Synapxe also developed Secure GPT for Healthcare Professionals based on Azure OpenAI Service, a generative AI tool that automates routine healthcare tasks and generates patient information summaries while meeting strict security and privacy standards. These initiatives collectively reduce physician administrative workload, enhance diagnostic accuracy, and accelerate disease detection. Singapore’s multi-partner ecosystem connects public and private sectors in healthcare innovation, exemplified by partnerships with NTT DATA, SingHealth, and A*STAR in AI-powered disease detection, monitoring, and precision medicine initiatives.
