The application centralized all initiative requests, approvals, and documentation, supporting executive, project member, and team lead collaboration.The app supports a multistage approval process, with input forms that dynamically adjust based on the type of promotion or initiative. Data-driven dashboards, embedded Power BI analytics, and adaptive Teams cards enhance visibility and process flow.Orbit scaled to accommodate a 150% annual growth in initiatives, especially following T-Mobile's acquisition of Sprint. The integration of RPA via Power Automate facilitated real-time synchronization of disparate systems.
